Original Paintings

Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including appropriate packaging, tracking, and insurance for the full value of the artwork.

• Refunds will be issued once the painting has been received and inspected.

Custom commissions, personalized artwork, and any altered or customized original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Fine Art Prints

Because each fine art print is professionally made to order, prints cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your original painting or fine art print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

To help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Photos of the damaged artwork

• Photos of the packaging (especially if the shipping box is damaged)

• Your order number

Once the damage has been verified, I will gladly arrange a replacement (when possible) or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
